The location of this place is amazing, close of super market, tram line that goes straight to Amsterdam. The the rooms are so good and confie, if you just want to take a moment and chill on your room. You have different room choices to better fit your needs with a very good price range. And finally and most importantly, the staff is the best, they are able help you with anything you need, giving the best advice on were to go and they are the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Will definitely be coming back!

Good place with clean area and nice stuff. We have had a lovely time with my kids there. I can't speak about a restaurant or sauna, but our room was quiet and we had all things we need. The hotel has good location as well.

We stayed at Cityden Zuidas for one week, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When our flight plans changed last minute, we were able to easily adjust our room booking with no hassle. It was greatly appreciated. The location of this hotel is very convenient. Being so close to the train station was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to others.

Really nice hotel and studio room. 20-30 mins by tram into town. Good cooking facilities. No toaster though. Friendly staff too! Only issue was the duvet… it didn’t stay in the duvet cover very well and came out throughout every night.

Well, I would agree with most of the 5 star reviews--solid room, exactly like in the pictures, clean and yes, the metro was a 5 minute walk from the hotel, then about 20 min to downtown, and easy to get to the airport also. However, for about 650$ Canadian a night (Over New Years Eve) there were some disappointments with only one of two elevators working most of our 3 days there, the coffee in the room was very lame for 3 adults, two of the electrical outlets in the room had fallen off the all, and the breakfast captain was very rigid in not allowing me in. A surprise to us was that the public transit stops running at 8pm on New Years eve so we had to Uber from downtown, however as fireworks go off from 12noon to about 2am on NYE, we were entertained out our hotel room window with many neighbourhood firework displays.

I’ve been in this hotel with my family and friends. I was exited about sauna in hotel that you can use almost in any time, and after that just take a tram to Center of Amsterdam (so this position is absolutely lovely) or you can easily get to metro and from metro ride in any other location in Amsterdam. Also want to express my respect to girls that were on reception. I really felt with them like with my friends that I can always ask for help or advise. 100% that I would recommend this hotel to my friends, etc.
